Frilandsmuseet and Møns Klint

A couple of weeks ago I explored a couple of sites in Denmark, with RT and JH.
On a Saturday, we visited Frilandsmuseet, an open-air museum that recreates the life of the Danes back in the 1600-1800s. We saw old stone and concrete homes, farm animals, and traditional Danish dances.
Blogger is not cooperating nicely in my adding photos to this post, so I can just point you to this page to see my photos...
... here is one photo, of JH and RT in front of one of the houses:

Later in the evening JH and I walked around the central part of CPH to enjoy the festivities commemorating the 100th anniversary of the British attack on CPH. From what I understand, it was quite a slaughter of the city, and it is rather unclear as to why this would warrant a celebration... but any excuse for the Danes to have a party and drink beer is always welcome!
Sunday, we rented a car and drove 1.5 hours south of Copenhagen to the island of Møns, where we visited the national park at Møns Klint. It is probably my favourite thing I have seen in Denmark so far. It is a natural cliff composed mainly of chalk, so there is a stark contrast between the white cliffs and the blue water of the Øresund. It was truly breathtaking!

Again, due to technical difficulties I cannot seem to upload easily, so you can see the whole collection here and RT's photos here... On our way back, we found a park that had outdoor exercise equipment, it was quite funny! You can see pics in the albums.
