The search is over
The danish of my dreams has been discovered. It is from the bakery on Classensgade (5 min walk) and has the perfect balance of icing, cinnamon and gooeyness. It is not flaky, nor is it overly doughy. I did not eat this on my own, I shared it with AdK and JB who are visiting from Montreal. Yum!!
