I figure I should update last weekend before I experience this weekend...
It was a great, relaxing weekend. It started with shabbat dinner at JN's parents' on Friday. Saturday the usual morning run, then I made cookies in the afternoon (my co-workers are getting spoiled, they get disappointed if there is nothing on Monday morning!), then dinner with JN and PS and friends at the Italian place near my apartment. Afterward we biked downtown to the bar (now, in how many places in the world can you really say that?!) for some expensive but yummy cocktails, then came home. Sunday I ran the Sparta (running club) Marathon Start-Op, a race to mark the start of their training season for the CPH marathon next May. I can't believe it is almost a year since I started running with them on Sundays...
I ran a 10k along with my boss, his wife, and PS. Here are a couple of photos before the race:

Afterward I enjoyed a Sunday danish (mmmm kanelstang!) then biked up to Hellerup and met up with DL and SM, where we relaxed at a cafe for a couple of hours then walked around the neighbourhood, to the beach.

That is what I love about Sundays here. As frustrating as it is that things are closed, it forces one to relax and enjoy time together with friends, with no schedule, no hassles of parking lots and errands...
Finally, I rented The Last Kiss on DVD, which was a surprisingly excellent film (I was going for chick flick and lucked out with something more profound). All in all a great weekend!
